GLP-1 MDL 3094: nausea is not the inventory

What the Eastern District of Pennsylvania docket is actually screening, and what we will not publish without a diagnosis.

Last checked Aug 21, 2026 · LawyerUnc editorial. Educational only, not legal advice.

MDL 3094 collected failure-to-warn claims around semaglutide and tirzepatide products. The live personal-injury inventory is diagnosed gastroparesis, ileus, and bowel obstruction, not the GI side effects printed on the medication guide.

If your only symptom is nausea that stopped when you stopped the drug, this is not a mass-tort file. It may still be a conversation with your prescriber.

We do not auto-publish LLM drafts on MDL science. This note is attorney-reviewed. Last checked 21 August 2026 against public MDL orders and FDA safety communications.
