Editorial standards

These pages can change a filing deadline in someone's head. That is why every claim, time-limit, mass-claim, and tort-reform page carries a last-checked date, a citation, and a lawyer review before it is published.

1. Last-checked is a statute-and-docket pass, not a software deploy.
2. A language-model draft does not become a URL until a lawyer reviews it.
3. We name the statute or the MDL docket. Adjectives are not sources.
4. We distinguish a statistical association from proof that this product hurt this person.
5. We do not tell people to stop taking prescribed medicine.
6. When a statute moves, we correct the page and the date. Florida's 2023 rewrite is why.
7. We do not list lawyers. Referral, if any, is private through intake. Not a public directory.
