• Civil complaint (draft caption + counts)

  A skeletal complaint. It will not survive a motion to dismiss without a lawyer. It will get your facts on paper in the right order.

• Evidence preservation (spoliation) letter

  A demand that the other side keep the truck, the video, the ECU, the personnel file. Send it early. Follow with a lawyer if the case is real.

• Plaintiff interrogatories (first set)

  Pattern discovery questions. Check your court’s numerical limits and local forms before serving.

• Subpoena duces tecum (document subpoena)

  A starting SDT. Many courts require a specific form, a notice to other parties, and a witness fee. This is not that form.
